Ed Conroy will remain the coach as long as the Cowen/Dickson power structure is in place and Conroy doesn't have a complete program meltdown, Toledo style. We already know that Conroy can survive a mass exodus of his best players and being <200 RPI for 4 out of 5 years. It has nothing to do with wins and losses.
