The article is focused on Recruiting Coordinators, so they didn't list any head coaches. But they did get lots of votes in the survey. Here's the mention of Coach Jewett

A number of head coaches received plenty of votes for “best recruiters” too, but we aren’t including them in our official rankings. For the record, the 10 head coaches who received the most votes were Florida’s Kevin O’Sullivan, Tulane’s Travis Jewett, UCLA’s John Savage, Arizona’s Jay Johnson, Liberty’s Scott Jackson, Vanderbilt’s Tim Corbin, Nevada’s T.J. Bruce, UC Santa Barbara’s Andrew Checketts, Indiana’s Chris Lemonis, FIU’s Mervyl Melendez, Oklahoma State’s Josh Holliday and TCU’s Jim Schlossnagle (the last three tied for 10th among head coaches). Also, we conducted our survey before Andy Cannizaro became head coach at Mississippi State, so we’ll include him in the recruiting coordinator rankings below.

I kind of wish they would have lumped the coaches in with the recruiting coordinators just to see exactly where he would fall.
