The Wave picks up a commitment from Chase Kuerschen:

Likely to end up as a safety.

Welcome Mr. Kuerschen and kudos to you for saying Tulane University.

24/7 Sports has Mr. Kuerschen as a 3* prospect, with offers from the service academies and a bunch of ivy league schools. (Safe to say his grades are there.)

Rivals has him listed as a 2*. At 6'1 200 lbs, he has a lot of potential to be safety. His HUDL highlights also show he can play WR, but like WW reported, probably going to be a safety.

Great pickup. ROLL DAMN WAVE!

Rivals caters to the P5 schools in their rating system. It seems to hurt them to give a 3* rating to
anyone who commits to TU. 247/Sports seems to be the most objective in their ratings. What
really counts is how our recruits perform on the field, not how many *'s they were rated.

Glad someone is confident in the direction of the program. I'm not.

Coach has to have the confidence of the team before progress can be made
