We now have 20 recruits who have posted on Twitter that they have signed their NLI to play baseball next year
The last three are:
Marshall Rosenberg HS from Houston
Andrew Gorham HS from Massachusetts
Alston Pough HS Paramus NJ IMG Academy

With 20 incoming next year we will be over the 35 limit.

We may see some attrition then this summer from the existing roster or come fall it will be Darwin time.

Do we know which of the commitments are getting full and/or partial scholarships? There's not that many to be split among all of our recruits.

We have not received the "official" list from Tulane
Judging form the number signed, some of the players on the roster today will not have their scholarships renewed

With a maximum of 11.7 scholarships available, many of the players on a 35 man roster will receive zero athletics scholarship money, most that do will only be a partial. This is true for most sports other than football and basketball. Although other Universities skirt this using things like TOPPS, this is consistent throughout D1 baseball. Those that do get a full scholarship are often envied/ostracized by their peers whom are paying most or all of their own way.

Who was the last good Tulane baseball player from the catholic league? Paco?
LSU gets al the good ones now.

I don't count France. Shaw has been in and out of the Catholic league. Guess I could have just said Brother Martin/Jesuit.

Man, when I was in school in the late 70's, almost the entire team was Catholic Legaue. tps remembers. Francingues, Stokes, Hrapmann, Melito, Retif, etc.
