Rivals has another delayed reaction to a Tulane recruit

It has happened again. Tulane gets a commitment then a week or two later Rivals picks it up and rates the player after the fact.

WR Justyn Shackleford had no rating before he commited to Tulane and now he is rated 5.5 and three stars!

When OL Uzdavinis commited to Tulane rivals gave him no rating until two weeks later when he reappeared at 5.3 and two stars.

This is getting better every day. Heck, I bet by Friday everyone will get a rating.
