His highlight reel is pretty good. He can return kicks, has great elusive ability, can play running back, and can play safety... Looks like we might have found a diamond needing some polishing. Another great pickup, ROLL DAMN WAVE!

just a cursory search, I found that Georgia has football divisions up from 1A- to 7A while his school is 5A.
