Interesting part of this is that we are now 6 scholarships below the 85 limit.

In case people haven't noticed, Fritz isn't messing around with players who aren't good students: neither in the current roster or in recruiting. CJ did, but Fritz won't. For better or worse.

Has that TCU transfer QB picked a school yet?

Yes - Zach Allen picked Rutgers, which now has 6 scholarship QBs.

Right, because in today's billion dollar college football environment most top programs are producing Rhode scholars and graduating the vast majority of their players with engineering and pre-med degrees.

I don't like the situation but but its either get on the train or give it up. We should be offering the same as all the other programs.

How does AJ Walker, whom signed a LOI in February, "announce he's re-opening his recruitment?"

He could just sit out a year or attend a different school while not on athletic scholarship for the first year.

If Tulane grants a release, what is his status
Be a Hero Today.... Adopt a Shelter Pet... The Beatles once sang "Can't Buy Me Love"... I disagree, unconditional Love can be bought, for the nominal adoption fee at your local Pet Shelter !

If both parties agree to release each other, he should be free to sign with someone else and play immediately under an athletic scholarship.
