Wow they just beat Florida the number one team in the country twice and now have a chance of making a run after having to deal with all the early adversity which has been unprecedented. Actually worked out great for Jake passing on Tulane.

They are having a good weekend. They haven't had a good season. AC's been gone since opening weekend and reports were the players were glad he's gone.

Hard to know. Last year they loved him. If so perhaps the non baseball distractions probably played some part. They do love Jake however.
As MSU completes the sweep of No 1 Florida.
Bulldogs peaking at the right time. JP France also contributed in the weekend sweep.

I wish him all the success in the world, and continued personal growth. We've all made mistakes in life, it's good to see he seems to be getting his life back in order.

How did his marriage work out?
Is he still married or was his affair a deal breaker?

Glad for Andy was pulling for either him or Matt Riser to be our Baseball coach but we shall see, team looks good so far, Latham making a difference with the pitching staff. Latham with either Andy or Riser would have been a solid hitting and pitching staff for the Wave. Time will tell as jury is still out on Jewett this is a must win year. Roll Wave.

Still married. Closer than ever.
”My family and I are extremely honored to join the Holy Cross Tiger family," Cannizaro said. "I am so thankful for the opportunity to resume my coaching career at this prestigious institution, which has represented excellence in the city of New Orleans for over 169 years. The past year has been a year of tremendous personal growth and reflection, which has completely reinvigorated my love for baseball, coaching young men, and impacting lives. We will field a team that will practice hard to maximize our skill levels and play even harder under the lights. Allison, Gabrielle, Pierce, Knox and I have grown closer than ever as a family this past year; we have persevered through many obstacles, and my love for them is the most important thing in my world. We all look forward to being a part of the Holy Cross family and its wonderful baseball tradition for many years to come. Go Tigers!"

TPS, are you seeking a smart @$$ remark? It’s so tempting. I will refrain. It’s unrelated to TU at this point.

Poorly written article. It doesn't spit it tout but it involves forfeits due to playing an ineligible player. So now you would have to think he wouldn't get to play in the playoffs. They were only an 8 seed before so they aren't a powerhouse team and should be minus a player.

Not sure exactly what happened but St Paul’s has the best pitcher in the state and he’s pitching game 1. Good thing for HC it’s best 2 of 3.
Still a bad draw because SPS is really not a 12 seed.

I would not be happy if I were a Holy Cross player/coach/parent. There original 1st round matchup was a cake walk.

SPS pitcher Kade Anderson is just mowing them down. After 4 innings he’s struck out 10 of 11 hitters.

Anderson has 16 strike outs going to the 7th
105 pitches & 115 is limit so he has 10 pitches to throw in 7th

St Paul’s wins game one 4-0.
16 year old Kade Anderson strikes out 17.
He won’t make it to LSU. Dodgers all over him.
