Rich Rod and the wovlerines took it on the chin today and it looks like curtins for RR.
"The 38-point drubbing was the worst bowl loss in Michigan’s storied history and might have sealed Rodriguez’s future. His three-year tenure has been tainted by consecutive losing seasons, NCAA sanctions and late-season slides."

If he took a year off and went on TV as an analyst then came back and expressed an interest in coaching at Tulane would you hire him?

I would hire him in a heart beat assuming I had the money in the budget to do so. Three years is way to early to pull the plug on him and he has shown he can win at the College level. He is a coach that fosters winning programs and if given a chance at Michigan can do the same for them. The Michigan Admin would have to have some pretty big bunch of lunatics on the board to fire him this early. In reading the news lately, the press and Alumni might be going all out to tar, feather, and run him out of town based on Michigan's record with RR as head coach.
