House call for Ryan Travis! 7-7 tie!

Hopefully that will settle the team down.

Can't be giving up big plays on the ground and in the air. 14-7, Duke. Duke in the red zone again. 1st quarter.

Unbelievable. 21-7, Duke, still first quarter. Duke came in 4-10 in the red zone. 3 for 3 with 3 TDs in the first quarter today.

Offense can't get any kind of running game established, defense can't stop anybody.

3rd and goal from the two, and Toledo runs it up the middle for no gain. FG good. 21-10, Duke, one minute into the second quarter.

Duke drives back down the field. Tulane gets a stop, Duke converts a 40 yard FG. Their kicker is now 1-6 on FGs for the year. Go figure. 42-10, Duke. 11:30 minutes left in 2nd quarter.

Wave looks very tentative on the turf. Very hesitant. Do they have the wrong cleats?

Wave punts again, Duke ball at their 25 yd line. 9:49 left in second quarter. Offense is very sluggish. No one seems to have much energy.

That shows how little respect Duke has for us. They go for it on 4th and 1 on their own 45 yard line, and get it. We are missing way too many tackles on first contact.

Another first down, inside the 15. They're just running crossing patterns like a playground team. And we cant stop them. Its not like we didnt know this what they do.

Now you know why we're the nations favorite homecoming opponent. Please fire Buffet Bob and his band of idiots.

So obviously, the odd numbered games are our Hyde games, and the even numbered games are our Jekyll games. 18 plays, 75 yards, including two fourth down conversions. Duke totally dissing our Defense. 31-10, Duke 1:30 till halftime. And the Blue Devils get the ball to start the second half.

Makes you wonder if we even watched film on Duke this week.

Down 21 with a minute before half, we come out with 2 RBS, 2 WRS and a TE. Sack on first down. Duke calls timeout. 2nd and 18 at the 8.

Boy am I glad Bob kicked that FG! He has no clue and has no idea how to fire up a team. His playcalling is making Cutcliffe look like Bill Walsh.

Punt return for a TD. Lucky for Tulane, its called back by penalty. Duke with the ball and a minute to go. No fire from team or coach. Unacceptable. And its not like they're just down because of the score. They've looks slow, unenergetic, disinterested and unprepared since the beginning. That falls on coaching.

Halftime. 31-10, Duke.

Going against a QB and team whose offense is based on pre-snap reads, the defense is very static. No attempt to disguise their coverages, their blitzes or anything. Pathetic coaching. No wonder the guys look flat.

Duke was pumped because its homecoming. Yeah, for all 8000 people in attendance. Its one thing for a 72,000 seat Superdome to look empty, but when it looks that empty on at a 30,000 seat OCS, that's really pathetic. Then again, its probably what our games will look like in our teenie-tiny 25,000 seat OCS, if SC and RD have their way.

Embarrassing! Humiliating! Announcers are making fun of Tulane. We have no talent and no coaching. We are slow and weak. We are the only team in NCAA with what seems like 10 nTEs and FBs.

If we have no intention of making changes I am for dropping athletics! I'm not kidding. Our athletic programs are a disgrace and are hurting the image of the school when in fact a good program can help the school. When will these jokers get it?

This is why we're the home coming opponent of choice. We can make Duke look like the Green Bay Packers.

Guess the Vegas guys weren't going to be fooled two weeks in a row.

I'm 50 years old and Buffet Bob is by far the worst coach in my lifetime. Other coaches were bad but had to face an SEC type schedule. Of course out timing with the worst coach happens to be during the tenures of the worst AD and President in our history.

This is awful. Missing tackles. Can't block. It's Duke for fucks sake it's not frickin Oklahoma. This is awful. Quite often we are in position and just whiff. And knowing the history of this football team it will just get worse in the second half.
