Extraordinarily beautiful fall day in New Orleans. I'm sneakin' away from work
and I'm on my way to Yulman.

Roll Wave!

Gorgeous night! Not a whole lot of folks here, though.

ESPN's pxp guy on shockingly empty seats: "The crowd still making their way in." Wonder if he'll say that in the third quarter.

Gilbert got screwed b/c Munchie doesn't know how to throw and ducked his helmet into the tackle. Ridiculous rule.

Inauspicious start.

1st and Goal on 10, get zero points. Gilbert disqualified, Redwine hurt.

We moved the ball pretty well. We've been a little unlucky.

We've been unlucky for 60 years.

Well, that's not all luck, obviously. From what we have seen thus far, I don't think we need the doom and gloom about our prospects of winning tonight. 1st and goal at the ten and bringing the ball down to the two and not getting in isn't exactly a rare situation in college football. It happens. I'm glad we went for it. You have to be encouraged by what you've seen from Tanner and the offense SO FAR.

Can we get Billy Cannon to return kicks tonight?

Bottom line, you shouldn't go for it with the ball outside the 2 this early in the game. At the 1 I get it, but its just foolish and you've been given a gift of a turnover you need points off that TO. CJ makes a bad decision to go and Price calls a ridiculous play. These are the decisions and plays that lose us close games. BTW Badie looks hurt running.

I agree that I like the way we're moving the ball, it just seems like we continuously throw away oppurtunities with foolishness.

How is that not a personal foul? He f'n bodyslammed Taylor after the whistle. But our guy gets ejected?

For me, what we're seeing is that the offense is night and day different in terms of capabilities when you have Tanner Lee playing and not Nick Montana.

What the hell was that? Let DiRocco kick, he's got a 25mph wind at his back. Jesus Christ.

We don't try a chip shot FG, but try a 50 yarder? GAME MANAGEMENT! CJ, get a f'ing clue!

We knew that before though, Montana is bad. Lee is young but he can move the team.
