Same here. And its on all the games. Of course, I had no problems all day when it was NC Central vs Duke and Stony Brook vs USF. :(

I'm having trouble on most of the games. I can get a few. I wonder if the problem is on Tulane's end?

Keep the pedal down.....considering some of the other scores Tulane has been impressive so far....I did watch Pee Wee Herman coach his first game on the 40 acres...after today red McCombs may be asking himself...what the hell have I done

RED ALERT! RED ALERT! Special teams issues again. Neenan has missed two consecutive extra points.

Currently, 43-14.

That is alarming but luckily it has 0 effect on the game. I'm glad we stomped GSU and to that it wasn't even close.

Nice win, but I was very unimpressed with Grambling as an opponent (as I expected to be), and I don't think we learned anything at all tonight, beyond that Banks has some nice potential. Really, this wasn't even a good FCS D Line, let alone a D Line of the caliber we will see next week and throughout the league season. Same thing on the O Line. GSU was so bad in the trenches I don't think you can really take much from this at all. And they were not in the right game shape to play us -- how many times did their guys cramp up (vs how many of ours did? Zero)?

Knowing that, we also didn't show them much. Once we led 31-0 we really grinded the clock down and had no interest in giving Navy anything interesting on film. I guess the one big positive sign (aside from Banks looking mostly comfortable and us protecting the ball well) is that there were enough second half mistakes that can become teachable moments for our guys.

Overall, yawn. Let's see what happens vs Navy.

You are so right, Dave. Unlike Cowen, Michael Fitts is willing to pay a real Div. 1 salary for our coach. Remember how in 1998 when Scelfo agreed to 350k a year and "promised to stay," Cowen sent RichRod packing? Fitts is a Philly guy who gets it for Div. 1 athletics at Tulane. After Scelfo, Toledo and CJ, we again at last have a "real coach" for football at Tulane. :D

I disagree about Grambling. I think they are solid. They are #21 in FCS. They were 11-1 last year. I think our dominance of them is about us being a much better team than last year. This wasn't Southern. Coming into this game I thought Grambling had a legit shot to upset us. I was impressed with this win. And frankly I was more impressed with the overall offensive performance against Grambling this year than I was against Southern last year, 66 points and all. Southern was just that awful last year. It looks like we might actually have a competent offense this year.

We have an actual real quarterback this year and the OL looks much better. Banks wasn't very accurate throwing downfield, but I think that's just a timing issue. As he gets more familiar with his WRs. Other than a few misses downfield he looked like a good passer, and he was definitely a good runner. I am feeling hopeful, and he will only get better this year.

Also: 3 TD passes and 0 INTs for Banks through the air, and a rushing TD. It has been a long time we have had a QB with those kind of numbers.

I honestly don't know how anyone could watch that Grambling team and conclude they were solid or at all well-prepared to play in this game. They committed a delay of game penalty on the FIRST play from scrimmage for their entire season. They committed 11 penalties. They literally tackled themselves on a kickoff return. I hate to keep bringing up all their cramps but Tulane didn't have one player cramp all night, which tells you how physically unprepared Grambling was. They were exhausted by the third quarter. We could have named the score but Willie kept it vanilla and slowed the game down.

If they turned the ball over 4 times like Southern did, you'd have seen a similar outcome to that game.

This isn't to take anything away from our offense. It does look better, and Banks has potential. But we won't really know much about this team until we play someone who can physically match up with us. None of their OL or DL passed the eyeball test.

We are well coached, we have a credible passing attack, and a Quarterback who can make plays. There's plenty of winnable games this season. It should be fun.

The one play that caught my attention as being a new twist was the 58 yd TD run by Encalade. Started at WR on the right and came in motion, then after the snap, reversed field and became the pitch guy on the option.

All true but isn't it fun to watch Tulane make another team look really bad? Grambling brought at least 5000 fans and a world class band and they barely made a peep all night. Yeah much of it was self-inflicted but don't you think Tulane had something to do with that?

I definitely think we're in better shape than we were a year ago as well. As OUG said, no cramping that I saw at all. I wasn't at the game, only watched online, so maybe they didn't show it. Did anyone at the game see any cramping on our sidelines?

Execution...Banks handled it well. We tried it a couple of times last season and it had little effect.

Yes, I remember when a Toledo team did that against Tulsa on the first play in the first game. Actually Toledo used a time out, time-out I believe. And as I recall, he had to call 2 time outs to get the first play in. I knew then that the season was sunk.
