And yet there's talk of Rice being a host if they win CUSA.

Thanks for the heads up.tpstulane wrote:3pm start now on Thursday due to weather concerns.

Hey JD Tulane--If you go to the game --try and stop by the Ragin Cajun rest ----- Luke Mandola is the owner and his son played catcher for the Greenies a good while back---Of course the most wall hangings are of the Cajuns but there are all sorts of other school stuff---the one on Richmond is the best!!!

There's the situation on Lantrip. Hopefully, by the time we get to Saturday the game doesn't matter.
Houston’s normal Friday ace, Andrew Lantrip, pitched 1.2 scoreless innings in relief to get the victory against Rice after missing his previous start due to arm soreness. Pierce said he would not be surprised to see Lantrip return to the rotation on Saturday. …

One game at at time. We'll be ready to play. I find we play up or down to our competition. I believe you'll see our best this series. Game starting at 7pm now.Show Me wrote:I have a real bad feeling about this series. We are in a slump and Houston is surging. I'm really worried about being swept.
Be proactive, being reactive is for losers..

+1. That and we seem to hit better against good pitching.tpstulane wrote:One game at at time. We'll be ready to play. I find we play up or down to our competition. Houston scored 24 runs Wednesday now La Tech scores 12
If Rice gets to host a regional it's all based on their past

Marshall is tied with USM and a 1/2 game ahead of Florida Atlantic and Rice in CUSA. What happens to the chances of USM/FAU/Rice hosting a regional if Marshall wins the regular season title? Would that help our chances?
