UCF 37, Tulane 9. Failed 2pt conversion, not a missed XP.

Tulane 13
After trailing at the half by just 4 points, the Wave fails to score in the second half and gives up 21 points, allowing UCF to cover.
Hope I'm wrong!

After missing 2 extra points, the D man kicks the game winning field goal as time runs out.

UCF 27, Tulane 13
UCF is much weaker than in 2013, but Tulane simply can't score right now.

I don't see how we score enough points. We have to do a lot of things right that we haven't been doing all season. I'd honestly be happy with a loss in which we played well, gave them a game, showed improvement, and looked like an actual football team from beginning to end. I do think we some movement in that direction but not enough to make it a game. UCF 28 Tulane 14.
I have been. out the country on holiday for a few weeks. . I hope everyone misses my posts. Tulane will lose to Central Florida. I have no idea what the score will be.

U.C.F. -- 40
Tulane -- 12
U.C.F. has control of this one from the opening whistle. Tulane trails 30-6 at halftime, falls behind 40-6 after the 3rd quarter, and the Knights unfortunately coast to an easy victory. Devin Powell comes at QB in the 4th quarter to rush for Tulane's last score against the U.C.F. 3rd/4th string defense.
CJ follows up the poor performance with another 'well, this next open date could not have come at a better time' remark to the press. When asked who the starting QB will be for the Halloween game vs. Cincy, CJ states that will be another game time decision. 'I have two weeks to decide, and I will take my time doing it. Thank you for asking!', sez CJ.
Annoyed that Tulane missed two more extra points and another FG, CJ announces that open tryouts for placekicker will be conducted on Monday. 'Anybody, . . . and I mean ANY BODY (general student population included) who thinks that they can consistently make a 30-35 yard FG is welcome to the tryouts. I am sick of squandering scoring opportunities.'
Of course, I really hope that the above discourse by me is a big bunch of horse-hockey. I really do not see Tulane winning this one, and I just hope that they can stay within about 20 points of U.C.F. at the end of another substantial loss.

Tulane 6 Missed 2 point conversion
We score first, then it is all downhill as usual.

Simms kicks a 52 yard field goal to win as time runs out.
Tulane fans swarm the field to tear down the goal posts. Regrettably,
there were only three fans that travelled to the game and they were all
over 60 (nawlinspete, jonathan, and IM42lane). After failed attempts to
shake the goal post, they settle for attempting the Hullabaloo cheer but
can't get in sync. They finally agree to celebrate in New Orleans at
the Oz where nawlinspete and Rick Dickson are seen shirtless on a tabletop
singing "I Can't Get No Satisfaction".
