Josh Davis led the league in rebounding and finished the regular season third in scoring but the league's top post-season honor went to Memphis junior guard Joe Jackson. Jackson was named the Conference USA Player of the Year and Tigers head coach Josh Pastner has been named Coach of the Year.

He wasn't snubbed. He was the most talented player in the conference, probably by far, but he wasn't snubbed. CPOY awards generally don't go to players who play for teams near the bottom of the standings.
Being associated with a losing Tulane program is attaching a stink to people. Devin Mozes didn't get drafted, Ryan Griffin didn't get a combine invite, Davis doesn't win an obvious POY award, all of a sudden Rick Jones can't coach, etc....I wouldn't be surprised if Darkwa is next.

That's right, wasn't he the holder for star kicker Pat Ramstein? or was it JP Lostman?msdos wrote:Same year as Mike Forte and Lawrence ElphageKrewe of Ham & Eggs wrote:When did he play for us?AugWave wrote:Devin Mozes.
