Devin Powell isnt Terrance Jones. Shaun King was 0-7 as a true Freshman starter. I'll take Griffin. If Powell is starting its going to get alot worse before it gets better.

Agree, Powell looks good and has a huge upside, but he's not ready yet to be a full time starter.

Honestly, I feel that Devin Powell could start this season. The kids has a strong arm, and makes good decisions when he is in trouble. I really feel that this kid is going to do good things for Tulane next season. However, Griffin has improved and has been around a long time. I would let Griffin start and see just how much he wants to allow NFL scouts to pay him some attention. I think CJ knows that Griffin is going to give him 100%.
