all the "have not's" in CUSA better be pulling for Houston the next few weeks...a share of BCS bowl payout would be nice..have not's, what am I thinking..we are all "have not's"

What is the payout per school? Anyone?

If they play in the Sugar Bowl, the payout last year (split) was $17million. Houston would get $8.5 and would split that with CUSA. So basically, all the teams would split $4.25 million will be split 11 ways ($380,000). Plus, don't forget, Southern Miss and Tulsa will go to a bowl. So CUSA has a great opportunity here.

Tell Leach if he puts 35,000 or more fans the stadium per game, he can get 50% of all bowl proceeds coming to Tulane. That would be a great motivation.

so CUSA gets 25%
BCS team gets 50%
and rest of CUSA teams split 25%?
