Big East should merge with CUSA

This writer says the time is up for Big East football and that the remaining Big East football schools should join CUSA as football only schools.

His proposed new CUSA football would look like this:

East:
UConn
Rutgers
UCF
USF
ECU
WVU
Marshall
Cincinnati
Louisville

West:
UAB
USM
Tulane
Memphis
Houston
Rice
SMU
Tulsa

The Big East AQ would transfer to CUSA under his scenario. And the Mountain West would also be given an AQ.
