In a down year for the conference, jay bilas has 6 american teams in his top 68. I don’t understand how anyone says we are a bad basketball conference (mostly UConn fans).

AAC is sandwiched between the Big East and the Pac-12 at number 6 in RPI. No matter how it's sliced, that's not a bad basketball conference.

Agreed. Also there’s no way ECU and Tulane will continue to be this bad (RPI close to 300) and continue dragging down the conference rpi. Even if we were just in the 100’s imagine what it would do to the conference rpi as a whole. Sad that I’m yearning for a day our rpi is less than 200.
