YOU LA LA-20

Wave runs through U LALA 's defense like shit through a tin horn. Defense makes enough stops to get the job done.

**** UPDATE****

With the dismissal of our OC and naming of a temp replacement I expect there to be a jolt of creativity in our play calling leading to a higher Tulane score than I previously predicted. The new and improved Tulane offense will cause an outmatched Laffy team to become confused and dejected and score less than previously estimated. My updated projection is:

Tulane- 45

Lafayette- 6

I don't like to make predictions more than a week in advance. I just hope the 6 win team shows up and not the 6 loss team. We're so Jekyll and Hyde that it's hard to predict. But I'll look into my crystal ball next week and give my best shot. I was pretty accurate about how the season would unfold even though none of us thought Banks would self implode and McMillan would be our starter at this point. Let's hope for good work on the recruiting trail and bowl prep the next few weeks.

Both teams are good at running the football, and U-La-La had more success passing the ball throughout the year. But McMillan made defenses pay for stacking the box, which U-La-La will have to do or risk Tulane ripping them on the ground. I also think we see a new wrinkle or two out of the offense with Coach Hall helping out before taking over as OC after this game.

Tulane's D is better than U-La-La's D. My crystal ball says:

Tulane 31

U-La-La 24

The good news is we haven't had any players say that ULL is a lesser team. We also once again play a team with a really bad defense.

Only difference was, we scored the last two TDs today, whereas Memphis score the last two.
