Basketball conference play begins in only a few weeks (Jan 2nd) and we've already had a half dozen games to evaluate the team. How many regular season games do you think we will win? Get off the bench, be a mensch, and post your prediction with a comment. No hiding behind the cyber veil of anonymity. The best guess will earn everyone's admiration and suspect. Poster with the worst guess will be vigorously flamed and receive everyone's scorn (just like all the other message threads here).

The most conference wins in any season since we've joined the AAC is 6 and I don't think we will reach that milestone in 2019. We haven't been to the big dance in 25 years. If we don't play .500 ball this year, Coach Dunleavy should have some real 'splainin to do. I predict we will come nowhere close to that:
Four wins, all at home: USF, ECU, Tulsa, and SMU.

Somehow we find a way to win 3 games—don’t ask me how?

2 wins only (2-16 record in AAC) — FIRE Dunleavy when the season is over and bring in a coach with decent NCAA experience. NBA coaching experience does not work in the NCAA, period.

We will win 4 conference games.
in how many years?
I think you're right. 2 this year and 2 next year if Dunleavy is back.

Someone predicted 0 wins in conference play but I think that was made well after the start of the season. One optimist (gbgreenie?) predicted 13-14 wins.
The big winner is IM42Lane who was on record with a prediction of two wins.
