Tulane 37
Houston 30

Our defense is better than what Houston has played so far this season, and their defense is injured.

Eagerly awaiting GolfNut's 'motivational' prediction. He's brought us 3 consecutive victories.

the good captn', from Baton Rouge, named after an Alabam running back, gets revenge for last year.. TD realizing the short week and knowing the Wonkas need batteries, goes to the Dollar General and buy's the "Budgetizers" rather than the "Energizers'......or is this just a "Ruse" ?

Houston weather for Thursday: high 59, low 43 , 0% chance of rain, wind 4 mph.

Now let's hope our wide receivers can catch the ball.

We play another team with a terrible defense and one that is also decimated by injuries. They are also missing several players on offense. We'll probably be without Sample and Encalade. We know we don't have Patrick Johnson for a half.

Ride the Wave of momentum and confidence:

Tulane 38
Houston 31

Heart: Tulane scores twice before Houston strikes and never lets up on the gas pedal (a la Memphis game) 42-20 Tulane
Head: Houston runs away with it 42-24 with Tulane scoring majority in 2nd half.
Gut: barn burner with UH taking the win 56-42

My head tells me this is another game where Lucy pulls the proverbial ball away and Charlie Brown (Tulane) falls flat on his buttocks. We've seen too many of these "show the world we've turned the corner" games blow up in our faces.

But my heart says this team has fought back from 2-5 when it could have folded the tent. Is McMillan ready for prime time?

Tulane 31
Houston 44

I hope I'm wrong, again!
