How about this for a whirl? Tickets stay the same price and a donation of $100 bucks for every win. The IOU’s could be used as collateral to purchase a happy wave from Kern and put it on the Claiborne side. Hope it doesn’t cost much

I did exactly that a few years ago. I told TAF that I would give them $100 per win, and double it for each consecutive win. Upon a loss, it goes back to $100 for the next win, and so on. I didn't have to pay much that year.
