Same thing I've been told by several of my friends who are big Tiger fans which is why I was so relieved when we got him.RobertM320 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 26, 2018 9:07 am I've got a friend of mine who's a big LSU fan, had season tickets and all. He's going to the TU-WF game with me Thursday night. He just told me that many people who watched spring practice and fall camp and the scrimmages felt that McMillian should have been LSU's starting QB. He outplayed everyone else. Not sure just how accurate this is, but if so, we've got a good one for the next two years.

There was very little discussion about Justin McMillan in this interview that I heard other then the first half a minute or so. I really like the comments around the 4:30 mark where Willie says that he's sure "the Saints had something to do with it, but the SuperDome people invited" Tulane to use the facility for a practice and he thought it would be good for the team to practice there.
Willie Fritz really seems like a players coach, and one that I'd be comfortable having my boys under his supervision.

Same interview local TV Ch 6 did a feature on Justin and asked WF about him playing this year. WF said he’ll definitely play some this year.DfromCT wrote: ↑Sun Aug 26, 2018 5:26 pm There was very little discussion about Justin McMillan in this interview that I heard other then the first half a minute or so. "having the ability to get 2 Degrees from Tulane, I feel magnificent here." What a tremendous opportunity all around, even if only one Masters Degree, very optimistic and well spoken young man. Already a win.
Fan since 1965 and was at the 14-0 Victory over LSU. It can be done.
Thanks for the link. Good stuff.

Doesn't really step into his throws. It's all arm, some off the back foot. Hopefully, it can be worked on.
