Very well done...after review, I wish the title was " New Orleans and Louisiana Built ".... I would have liked a reference / historical footnote to the original name of Tulane, "The University of Louisiana" a public University....

I would go one step further and include the history and keep using the official name of the university: The Tulane University OF LOUISIANA.
