Line opens Houston 7 pts. > Wave (Rotation nos. 749-750 for Vegas Sheet).

Who knows, maybe this time our "schizophrenic" Wave will pleasantly surprise us?

thanks Robert. MSY must have re-opend then cause UH was due to fly in this morning instead of last night. Too bad the game can't be moved up to 5:00.

I think the Cougs are still waiting to fly in:
The runways are closed at this time (8:30 am), due to icy conditions. Airlines have cancelled morning flights to and from the Airport. We will continue to monitor the runway surface conditions and will reopen the runways only when it is safe to do so. @nolaready

Yogi forum is saying the game is forfeited.

everyone act's like this is a cross country flight...hell it's about 45-50 minutes, fly in dressed in warm ups and return after the game...we use to bus to BR, at the time over an hour drive and play, hell from Metairie to Chalmette was not cake walk either... what the hell is the big damn deal...fly in a day early, for a 45 minute flite, what a bunch of BS

The game is still on.

Most morning flights were cancelled or seriously delayed. Starting at 1 PM (at least as of now) most flights are still showing scheduled and on time. So the Coogs will probably get here, but much later than they expected. Who knows if it's going to help or hurt their effort tonight. I-10 was closed earlier, not sure if it's re-opened.

And it looks like one poster on yogwf said tongue in cheek that the game should be forfeited.

This team is downright awful at rebounding!

Defensive rebounding is embarrassing. Play by play guy "it's not even fair". If we could rebound and shoot free throws we'd be up 20. Otherwise playing a really good game. Cornish is giving us something. Quiet night for Marvelous Melvin. If he can blow up we can get a nice win tonight.

With the score 22-17, Tulane up, Houston missed 3 or 4 shots in a row and got the offensive rebound every time.

BTW, SMU beat Wichita State tonight, at Wichita State, 83-78.

To add to that Temple beats Tulsa as well.

Playing much tougher 2nd half. Good to see but it won't matter if we can't hit free throws

Final: Wave 81, UH 72.

And yes, our "schizophrenic" Wave was a 7 pt. underdog. No figuring this team?

Great win!

We have a ton of project players that are not ready yet. Do not expect any sort of reliability or consistency.

Big win. Finally saw some signs of coaching changing up the ball movement on the offensive side to open up the inside game.

Really wish this team had scheduled a little better out of conference. Gonna be tough to get NIT without pretty much running the table. Seeing signs of steady improvement are welcomed either way.

Very disappointed that Frazier continued to run his mouth and suffered the ejection. That could have lost the game.

In any case, GREAT WIN and ROLL WAVE! Let's go beat SMU at their house!

Absolutely! Total team effort with Frazier not having one of his better outings. Glad to see the crowd was decent in spite of the weather. I could not take the chance on making the trip.

Dunleavy’s got this team believing in themselves.

Great game! So, so very important to send an arena full of people home happy. Cornish, Daniels, Cam, Ray, sehic all great and Frazier having an off night shooting , came up with some big time assists . Great team win.
