Line opens Wave 2.5 pts. > UCONN (Rotation nos. 529-530 for Vegas Sheet).

O/U 144 pts.

Impossible to bet this Wave team because you just don’t know which Wave team is going to show up?

Looking for consistency:

UCONN was picked 5th in the league. The game is at noon and will be on ESPNews.

Reyes has left the team.

Big game (they’re all big). Let’s win. 3-2 and we’re above the middle of the AAC pack. Getting ready to go to Fogleman.

I read that Reyes left the team "to pursue pro basketball in Chile." As he was unsuccessful in his pursuit of playing minutes at Tulane, that doesn't speak well for either his decision or the state of pro Chilean basketball.

In any case, good luck to. Mr. Reyes and I wish him much success.

See you there in spite of the temp. Low tonight in Slidell:22. Low in Fairbanks, Alaska tonight: 24. This is no way to live.

Shots aren't falling but we're staying in the game . Hopefully we can heat up at some point

Yet another lethargic first half with familiar recipe of bad defense and stagnant offense. And Daniels sees only 6 minutes.

Same old story. Missing deep shots and yet we keep chucking it up. The fact that we're still in this game shows how far UConn has fallen. They've missed some embarrassing shots!

This is pretty much who we are. Make 3s and compete, miss 3s and lose. Opponent makes no difference.

Yep. Worst shooter on the team takes the most shots. We get an offensive rebound with 40 seconds left and with a use it or lose it timeout in hand, Dunleavy is happy enough with our offensive execution that no need to use it to draw up a play...

At half UCONN 30, Wave 22.

Truly pathetic, really.

Except we made 14-31 against Memphis and didn't really compete.

You can't wait until down 20 to make 60% from 3PT land. The whole team showed up to the Memphis game drunk or something.

This game (37-32 as I type) is better defensively, but the offense is just lazy and running at half speed.

Biggest shame is they blow it before the best crowd in several years.

Games like this are why people don't buy in.

Don't let stats fool you. Tulane is a poor shooting team. Can't play basketball if you can't shoot. Just play zone and chances are you have a really good chance to beat Tulane. Not only does the zone bring on bad shooting, the box outs become easier and Tulane is limited to one shot.

Poor effort in front of a good crowd. Really wasted an opportunity to start rebuilding the fan base. They just play scared around the basket. They need to get some backbone or it's going to be a long rest of the season.

Just couldn’t go on a run. Another slow start out the gate. Biggest crowd of the year watches a bad performance goes home thinking same old Tulane .

Players. I love Frazier and Reynolds. But there aren't any players like Carlin Hartman, rayshard Allen or ledaryl billingsley that can go in the post and hammer people, rebound, move bodies around , oh and put the ball in the bucket while they're at it. MD was lamenting after the Memphis game that they have guys with "20 inch necks and all the good aac teams would". Well, go find you one .

Disappointing. I watched the first half. We missed tons of open shots. Need a point guard. Have to upgrade the talent.

First basketball game I've made since Dunleavy has been the coach.

1. We have no inside game. We don't even want to try and draw the foul.
2. Defense 99% NEVER uses their hands. Get in the opponents face, make yourself taller, move them around, something. We just stare at the opponent.

Both of these are BASKETBALL 101. Disturbing.

Like I said the biggest crowd of the year and probably the Dunleavy era and we all left disappointed.
