Norte Dame/Temple
Lincoln Financial Field (spent money on personnel, not things)
Prime time national game 8:00 pm (edt)
There is speculation that the Gameday Crew will be broadcasting from the Linc.

This is Temple guys, Temple!
They put the horse before the cart and built a program with competent coaches and administrators. The only inherent advantage that Temple has over Tulane is a population base of 18 million people within a 100 mile radius.
Oh, by the way, the've just announced a proposal for stadium & IPF.
Funny how that works, isn't it?

What they did was spend $10 million to modernize their football operations building which then allowed them to hire good coaches who then recruited good players. Amazing how that works. IT'S ALL ABOUT FACILITIES. Everybody but a few Tulanians gets that.

Their facilities aren't special, it's a weight room & a turf field. My Nephew took one of his recruiting visits to Temple two years ago.
Their AD is top notch as the continuity has not been broken from Golden to Addazio & Matt Rhule. iPF & OCS on the way & the cart is full of happy fans & alumni.
You will not concede that you're mistaken?

This was already exposed in another thread where you once again showed you are wrong. They wisely spent $10 million and have much better facilities than Tulane. Article after article has been posted on this site by various successful coaches that talk about the importance of facilities. But you and Tulane know better.

It's not 1997 anymore. Bowden wouldn't take the the job now since the facility is the same as 20 years ago.

Come on up & take a tour of the lavish facilities on North Broad Street. I don't live too far, you're welcome to stay at my place. Temple Football facilities are marginal at best. And North Broad Street resemble Raqqa, Syria more than it does Uptown.

They are much better than Tulane's. They have a legit D-1 weight room, legit position meeting rooms, a theatre style squad room. The facts are clear that they built it and then started attracting good coaches and then upgraded it by spending another $10 million on it just a little over 10 years after opening it. That facility showed their commitment and that they got it as far as what was truly needed to attract good coaches who would be able to use the facility to develop better players.
