Tulsa up 7-3 at home 2nd QTR. Not going to be a gimme win.

Very true. In fact, with this version of the Wave no game is a gimme.
Tulane is the University of Louisiana

Losers find a way to lose. USF kicks last second winning FG to win 25-24.
Tulsa tries to run clock instead of trying for 1st down. Played not to lose like losers do. The AAC is bad this year. No way Cincy and USF would be unbeaten in any other decent league.
