ajcalhoun: Nobody here gives a flying fuck about UL-L and the Sunbelt Conference.
Unfortunately we've seen that first hand by Nicholls St. They beat us on that exact play 2-1.cajunfanatico wrote:It was a thing of beauty. Two runs scored without even a throw to the plate.

"Louisiana"? Louisiana is a state, not a tier 2 directional public university? You must mean, of course, "ULALA" ?!!!exflash wrote:Yea and the key word is HOSTED---one that seems not to be in the WAVE vocabulary----hey Louisiana was pretty good this year as were the other teams like Tulane, S'East, LTUR, and LSU who got a cake walk!!!
Lafayette did have a pretty good year this year (co-Champion of the SBC regular season, winner of the SBC tourny no less) and, as you point out, the entire state of Louisiana had a good year with Tulane, LSU, SELA, Laffy, and LaTech all getting to the regionals. To suggest that the fact that Tulane was not granted a hosting spot lessens an otherwise very good year is pretty low class for a visitor, but I won't comment because that is pretty much expected whenever ULL fans visit other fan boards. In any event, congratulations to all of the Louisiana teams.exflash wrote:Yea and the key word is HOSTED---one that seems not to be in the WAVE vocabulary----hey Louisiana was pretty good this year as were the other teams like Tulane, S'East, LTUR, and LSU who got a cake walk!!!
