Vintage Tulane 1970 QB Mike Walker

That's me at age 10 or 11 in old Tulane Stadium with Tulane QB Mike Walker.
My dad used that pic in one of his articles for the States Item.

We now know Mike Walker and Tanner Lee go to the same barber.

Yes. Thank God it wasn't in color. Vintage 70's pants there. Lol

The stadium wasn't quite completely demolished when I arrived in 1980. The field, what hadn't been removed by students, was in place and the brick facade still stood. I kicked a lot of (practice) field goals, tore up my ankle, too, on that turf, which was hard as cement.
