Brown University ending student loans for gov’t grants

Brown University plans to eliminate student loans from financial aid packages and replace them with grants that students do not have to pay back.

Stanford is now tuition free for all students from families with annual income of less than $124,000 a year.

Brown is considered the ugly stepchild of the Ivy League, yet they have three times the endowment of tulane with 3k less total students. The Ivy's and Stanford/Duke/Northwestern/NYU are playing in a totally different universe.

I can see the lawsuit with the ACLU coming now...family make 1.2 billion a year, but the "child" is discriminated against because of their income
