It's great. SMU is off to a great start versus TCU right now.

As great as all of this is for the conference, it isn't great for Tulane's chances at bowl eligibility.

I posted in the AAC schools forum about this. USF kicked Illinois but good last night 47-23.

Other P5 losses include NIU over Nebraska, 21-17 and Ohio over Kansas 42-30.

Of course, the final score is what matters. SMU lost to TCU, 56-36 and Virginia Tech killed ECU, 64-17.
