The basics of the 41-page report: The sites are located in two "zones," all bordering or near Fowler Avenue. Projected capacity is 40,000-50,000. Expected costs hover around $200 million in today's dollars.

I've been following several of the USF bloggers on Twitter for awhile. The planners projected the cost out until 2022, which I guess is when they figure they will have funding, and the cost increases to $246M. The plans are for it to be 40K expandable to 50K.

The blogs I've read said they have between 6,000 to 10,000 "real" USF football fans.

So if its 10K real fans, that means their spending $24K per fan to build a stadium. $246M/10K fans.

This comment is from the USF Fan blog, thedailystampede.com. The article was about how to fund the stadium. Gotta credit them for thinking outside the box.
This isn't really that hard
Most students have 2 kidneys. You really only need one. With 50k students selling 1 kidney a piece at $150k a pop, you’ve got $7.5B in untapped revenue literally wasting away on campus.

I’m not even accounting for blood, semen, or eggs. You guys are just going about this all wrong. We could build a stadium 7X nicer than the new Dallas Cowboys stadium without even trying.
