I've been to Champaign-Urbana and think someone must have paid off the writer of that article! It's not even close to Tulane and New Orleans!

When I was at Tulane, Playboy magazine (which we only bought for the fine journalism) would write up a list of the countries biggest party schools. Tulane didn't make the list, but was an asterisk, which explained that (paraphrasing, I'm sure) "You cannot compare the professionals with amateurs."
