LHO could shoot from deep, far better than MD’s teams.

Payton called a running play and Brees called an audible and made a poor throw. But still running the ball three times wouldn't have guaranteed a victory. The Rams were stacking the line to stop the run and would have had 40 seconds to move the ball to get in FG range for a kicker who could make it from 60 yards.DfromCT wrote: ↑Sun Jan 27, 2019 9:22 am The Saints lost a game they should have won. The lack of a pass interference call cost them the game, no doubt. But had Sean Payton run the football, the Rams would have got the ball deep in their own territory with 40 seconds left and no timeouts, at worst, or the Saints may have run out the clock. Run the ball and the play would have never happened or mattered. Payton lost the game as much as the bad no call.
Gimme a break. The Bears benefitted from playing the easier schedule in football all season and probably had the worst QB in the NFC. If they were that great, they wouldn't have needed a last second FG at home to get past the 6th seed. Get the hell out of here with that thinking.nawlinspete wrote: ↑Mon Jan 21, 2019 5:05 pm Da Bears would have easily beaten Rams and Saints if they had just laid down and let Vikings win the regular season finale so they would have gotten Vikings for the third time , in Chicago instead of having to have their balls busted by their inept FG kicker .
Bears were clearly the NFC BEST TEAM except for having a terrible FG kicker , a problem we can well appreciate .
