Rick Dickson should have been fired for extending Toledo's contract. Huge error in judgement and a big setback to the football program.. His embarrassing and futile attempt to make a "splash hire" was offense number 2. His insistence on building a small time stadium is another big misstep....

Conroy's 3 year Conference USA record: 12 wins and 36 losses. This is almost identical to Toledo's 5 year football record at Tulane.

Football. The record is deplorable. Football is the most important sport by far because of the revenue potential. Giving Bob Toledo a contract extension was an all time blunder.

After watching his tape I conclude he is already the best linebacker in the program. CJ is assembling some nice pieces to the defense. Add Aruna, Smart and Williams to Monroe, Doss and Batiste the D should be very good by 2014.
