I don't see the big 12 adding 3 teams that far east. Louisville and WVA give you markets and access in Big East, ACC and somewhat SEC territory. The southern Big 12 schools will nit want that and Texas conceded to TCU. Tulane bridges the ga for a compromise and SEC territory in a state with only 1 B...

From what I remember it was at the QB Club and the representative said that they are looking at locations for the stadium. Well, that has never been an issue, so to think of location tells me that they knew about this.
