Re: Auburn vs Oregon
LMFAO your wrong again. No contradictions. Way to try and cover up that you are wrong about the production numbers. I've admitted being wrong multiple times. It's just your fall back lie when you got nothing else. There is someone here who's never admitted they were wrong but it's not me. Three tim...

Re: Auburn vs Oregon
Don't have to read it. You haven't read it either. The contract isn't one line long saying we're paying you X amount for this period. Only a fool would believe that. I trust Aresco to have protected the conference going forward. Not in denial. Fortunately for Tulane and the AAC your wrong so often ...

Re: Memphis 15, Ole Miss 10
How soon do the rumors of WIllie getting one of those jobs start?
Let's just win the damned AAC, and let the chips fall. And I really hope we're all as optimistic as we are this weekend by this time next weekend.

Re: Tulane tears apart the paper panthers 42 -14
Our stable is full of very talented running backs. "Blackwell" has a burst of speed you don't expect from a guy his size. Dauphine is a track star disguised as an RB. Jones has moves that are crazy and a burst of his own. And I haven't even gotten to Booker, and the Frosh (Spears?) McMilla...

Re: Auburn vs Oregon
The production cost won't be all that. He got us a good deal for now. Contracts are made to be broken. Plus as I stated various clauses in the contract will likely open the door if the situation develops the way were hoping for. When did you get to review the contract? I do not doubt that Aresco go...

Re: Memphis 15, Ole Miss 10
Not impressed with RR’s debut as OC for Ole Miss, Rebels had only 173 yards total offense, 93 passing, 80 rushing. Memphis had 364 total yards offense, 172 passing, 192 rushing, but only 13 pts. + a safety. The Memphis Tigers are a very beatable opponent for our Wave. Thanks for the report 755! I'm...

Re: Auburn vs Oregon
Let's say (and I think this is conservative) production costs average $10k per game. It's probably more for football and less for basketball, but AVERAGE $10k. We have 6 or 7 home football games, 15+ home mens and women's basketball games. and 20-25 home baseball games. That's $580k before we talk a...

Re: Auburn vs Oregon
Again I was just stating why they haven't been interested in doing it before and why they won't going forward. But the leverage will be if you want to keep us in the future up the ante now. Didn't the AAC have the same situation the last few years when we were getting paid pennies on the dollar? Ho...

Re: Auburn vs Oregon
We all know that just got signed. I was just stating the reason they haven't been promoting us that way because it would have upped what they would have given us this last time. Plus as they say contracts are made to be broken. If our conference truly steps up in the next couple of seasons we'll se...

Re: Auburn vs Oregon
They won't be. The reason is simple. If they did so and we got recognized as "P" conference then they'd have to pay as one and they don't want to have to do that. Aresco will keep pushing. It'll be fun to see. You can bet he'll be promoting that conversation to support his argument. There...

Re: Auburn vs Oregon
Army and Rice are tied 7-7 in the 4th quarter, at Army. Has Army regressed that much, or has Rice improved? Army wins 14-7. Their 14th straight home win. The third or fourth longest home winning streak in FBS. Yes, they struggled. But the Black Knights of the Hudson are not the one dimensional team...

Re: Tulane tears apart the paper panthers 42 -14
It was obvious they called the wrong number when they called McCleskey for holding. We all knew that, but the announcers, and a couple of posters kept saying he had back to back penalties, which clearly was not the case.

A fair handful probably will. be as we now have the better tv exposure with ESPN. I’d imagine they will eventually archive the games tho. Not sure how fast that happens. The new ESPN contract doesn't affect this season one iota. It goes into effect next year. But most games will either be on an ESP...

Re: Tulane tears apart the paper panthers 42 -14
BTW, the uniforms rocked. They got the striping on the jersey's and pants just right. As others have said it should be our main home uni. I love the blue but it should not be overused. It takes away it's affect. Use it at home once either for HC or if we get stuck with an early season day game. We ...

Re: Tulane tears apart the paper panthers 42 -14
This is so classic of Tulane followers. Coming off a bowl win, we win our first game convincingly against an opponent that was supposed to be an equal, and we are already starting the talk about losing the O. Coordinator, Head Coach and Athletic Director. I agree that Coach Hall is probably not lon...
