Re: Sun Belt Champion Headed to New Orleans Bowl

Montana double pump 43:25 min mark. We were 3rd and 4 at their 17 yard line. Potential 14 point swing. Powell took a sack on 3rd down. Pushed the FG attempt back 10 yards just enough to make Cairo’s hook miss.

I'm assuming Miles will hire a new staff. I'm wondering if we can't lure Tony Hull away from there for recruiting.
He may keep him. Louisiana connection.

To think we beat Houston 20-17 last year. Crazy season. Navy game probably going to be at 11am now.

The short week caused a bunch of injuries on both sides. It’s going to hurt both teams going forward. Imagine UH has now lost both its best player on offense and defense. Leave the Thursday night football to high schools.
Any word on the status of Langham and Hall?
Not yet.

When you look at the 6 women who got more than 15 minutes in this win, 3 are Freshmen and 2 are Sophomores. For anyone who has not seen the intensity and energy that Erin Gutierrez brings, it's worth a trip to Devlin. Absolutely on Erin Gutierrez. She’d be the best PG on our men’s team. She’s an ex...

Still have a shot. Gotta beat Navy.
Couldn’t ask for a better opponent to beat. Two win Navy is bad this year. We should win by a few TD’s or more. They finish with Army. So that’s also in our favor.

Re: BOWL PROJECTIONS

This Houston game is probably the BIGGEST game that Tulane football has faced in the past 10 years. I feel pretty confident that Memphis will take care of SMU....this Tulane team must rise to the challenge! I would trust that the coaching staff understands this and that the team won’t relax a bit t...

Re: ESPN Invitational Playoff Rankings

That doesn't address the SOS issue. There is a difference. There just is. Like golf I think their #12 ranking is rightful recognition of it. Here's the problem with SOS. Its biased from the beginning. If you were to put the 12 AAC school ranked as #1 to #12 at the beginning of the year, most of us ...

Don't get me wrong, I am an AAC guy, but by Sagarin's rating system, if UCF played Alabama tomorrow on a neutral field UCF would be a 24.12 pt. underdog. https://www.usatoday.com/sports/ncaaf/sagarin/
LSU was a 14pt dog at home to Bama.

No doubt. The AAC didn’t even have one team in the preseason Top 30.
Weakest year since Tulane joined the league.
The good we should win more. The bad our RPI will suffer.

Much better performance than expected. Much better crowd than expected too. I'd put it at around 2,800. Actually had a good sized group of students in the visitors end zone seats right behind the goal. The sideline student section was full and stayed so for the second half. FSU brought a nice conti...

Interesting note. I just watched the reply and the announcers said he left China when he was 13 years old and has been in the US ever since.
