Re: Melvin Frazier now projected 1st round pick

Golden State 28th pick if he’s still available. Mel worked out yesterday for the NBA Champs. https://www.mercurynews.com/2018/06/18/nba-draft-how-melvin-frazier-jr-fills-warriors-various-needs-at-28th-pick/ Could be one of the better fits for him, because they're one of the few teams that wouldn't ...

Although we’ve recently fallen on hard times we still rank amongst the baseball elite thanks to our great history.

Re: Jake Gautreau named Asst coach at Miss St.

Congrats Jake! Miss St wins 1-0 walk-off single bottom ninth. JP was one inning away from getting the win. The announcers said how well respected Jake is nationally among his peers. Good stuff! Side note: Kyle Peterson was Rick Jones first recruiting visit when he got the Tulane job. Although we did...

Re: JP France

JP in his first CWS appearance strikes out a batter. Through 8 no score. JP retired the 8th in order hit 95mph. Didn’t come out to finish the game in the 9th.

Re: Rice Baseball job filled by Matt ...

RJ was an assistant at GT. That one worked out. This one hasn't so far. We'll have the final answer this year on him. In basketball an assistant named Perry Clark worked out pretty good for :us. For the record: Rick Jones had 8 years of head coaching experience prior to Tulane. Three at Ferrum and ...

I met Bill in the mid 80's when I began working on the Tulane radio broadcast and he was the color man... Bill treated everyone alike, which meant YOU were important and to be respected.....and he had an interest in what YOU had to say....something that has been lost in today's society.....Ed Danie...

That’s too bad. I was looking forward to see him develop under Daniel Latham. On the bright side that probably freed up an entire scholarship.

Graff is absolutely not a Tulane employee. He is an employee of the broadcast company. He has no employment affiliation with Tulane at all.

Here’s a sad story I heard from Bill . We were at a Sugar Bowl awards banquet seated at the same table. RIP Bill Curl

Bill passed away today at the age of 77. Bill was one of the greatest employees Tulane had ever had hands-down. Until recently he would attend Tulane baseball games. But his health soon declined and he wasn’t able to make it out to the park. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and two sons an...
