Giving a boost: https://www.nola.com/tulane/2019/03/how-frankie-niemanns-play-behind-the-plate-boosts-the-tulane-lineup.html I also meant to mention above that conference play starts this weekend. We got our bye the first weekend. Frankie has been just outstanding. Easily the biggest surprise so fa...

James Jones (Yale) is available now. Just saying.
He was pretty much the top name from 3 years ago.
His brother is the head coach at Boston University.

Re: Tulane Whips ULL 7-3

Nice night at the ballpark. Cool temp with no wind. Glad we got an early lead because their fans are just as bad as LSwho fans. Raj is fun to watch. He's having control issues like others on the staff but he's the only one who can field the position. Our outfield D is bad too. The pen did come thro...

Running out of good opportunities to boost it.

Sehic not coming back. I would imagine he ends up in Europe.

Good luck to the young man.
Good for him and the new coach. Opens up another scholarship for the new guy to add athleticism to the roster.
Need a few more to not come back.

Re: New AAC TV Contract Done

We need all the money we can get but the exposure is important too. That side of this stinks. The only way it turns out well is if our football and basketball programs step up their performances so we aren't relegated to on-line status. Exactly. My neighbor who’s just a casual fan used to watch our...

Re: New AAC TV Contract Done

I have had ESPN+ for a while and find it a very reasonable product at $4.99/month. . You get tons of college sports, soccer, ufc and a ton of streaming features like all of ESPN's 30 for 30. Mostly program filler. Yes $4.99 is cheap but the product is not something I’d pick to watch except to see T...

Re: New AAC TV Contract Done

Exactly! There's going to by 10000x more people with the ESPN3 App than we have as Tulane fans. They will all have access to all AAC content. At $5/month, and it giving you access to the other ESPN outlets , it's a bargain for the cable cutters. I currently pay $10.95 a month for Tulane’s All Acces...

Re: The Search

Firing an assistant would have not solved the problem. I’ve said it recently to other Tulane fans that we did not have the athleticism to compete in the AAC. We were more suited to finish in the middle or lower end of the Southland IMO. I’m glad Troy recognized this fact as well. Ray O would have me...

Re: MBB lands best recruit since Honeycutt

The title of the thread is misleading. We haven’t landed him yet. At this point it’s a verbal commitment. We’ll only know on signing day if we’ve “landed” him. Definitely MD’s highest profile commitment to date. Is he a PG or a Small Foward 6’5” as Guerry mentioned in his article? Like others have ...

Andy Kennedy would be a knockout hire for us. Does he still have juice left? Disappointed. We needed a sweep today. Can’t afford to lose another non-conference home series. Need a win badly tomorrow.

As I watched the game. I couldn’t help but focus on something important—why does Memphis still have MSU on their trunks? Didn’t the university drop the “State” many years ago?
Penny played during that era. Graff said it’s their throwback jerseys.
