Re: Seat Licenses

Does anyone know the pricing for the seat licenses? The Tulane account rep indicated that many options were to be discussed and suggestions heard before a decision was made. He indicated that some of the ideas included 1)licensing for each family for all season tickets (football, basketball, etc.),...

Seat Licenses

A few days ago I heard mentioned the possibility of seat license requirements for renewing season ticket holders. I decided I would discuss this with my Tulane account representative and what better time than when I called to renew my basketball season tickets. I managed to go through all five stage...

I must have been daydreaming and missed something. Has an announcement been made on this or is this speculation?

Re: Robert Kelley

As much as I'm rooting for Rob Kelley to have a successful NFL career, I still chuckle at his arrest for "bicyle jacking". Remember he took a bicycle from another student physically stealing the bike. The victim was also beat up, but apparently not by Kelley. Charges were dropped , and he was reins...

Speaking of people that look as though they could still be playing: A couple weeks ago I was running a TrackMan station during the Zurich Pro Am.... telling people where to stand, videoing their swing, giving them the radar results, etc. Along came Reggie Bush to the tee. HOLY CRAP! This guy looks a...

Re: #12 ECU Sweeps Tulane

Jewett gets another year but (hopefully) will make changes. You can't fire a head coach after two years. The thing to me is that the team is just not very likable to watch. Now, I am sure the players and coaches are all good people but they play a real bad game (walks, errors, baserunning problems,...

Much mo' bettah. After your changes, the first image below is portrait orientation and the second is landscape. Both are very readable. Now folks can continue to nest 10-12 quotes. :)

Re: Forum/Server Upgrade & Theme Update

Hi Steve, I do the majority of my recreational web surfing on an IPad using Chrome or Safari. The screenshot below is a typical of what I get when there are a number of nested quotes. In this example, it was necessary to scroll down 6-8 screenfuls before getting to the last and relevant comment. It ...

Re: Rusty Staub dies

Met him at his restaurant in NYC years ago. He came out of the kitchen in his apron, we chatted about baseball and the culinary arts. A nice man who took a few minutes for us in the middle of a busy night. A nice man who took time to express care and interest in others, even when time was a scarce ...

Re: Tulane loses to LSU 10-4

What can't be disputed is there was 14 new head coaches 2 years ago. Only 5 have a losing record (South East Missouri St, Villanova, Charleston Southern, Youngstown St and us). This is a shocking and disconcerting fact. Wonder how many people, like me, didn't renew their season tickets after last y...

Note: The Yoggie (YOGWF) board does not want anyone to discuss any coaching changes ('par for the course' over there). Can we do that over here? Not only do they not 'want' you to discuss changes, you can be kicked off the site for making posts that are deemed too critical. I strongly disagree with...

Colin is looking for a starting postion. He was quite a step up from Von Julien and had some good moments on the floor this year. I wish him well. He's a very smart, likable, and approachable young man.
