Re: UCONN Game Thread

Couldn't bring myself to watch the game today. At some point, the program will bottom out and begin to ascend. Are we there yet? If not, tell me when.

That's progress, say the players. The coach, however, wants more.
Me too. I would like a little more. Beating Alabama A&M would be a nice start.

He (Austin Kendall) can play immediately if he's graduated. ... Tulane offers a lot that would be of interest, particularly if he cares about life after football and wants his graduate degree to be meaningful. And then I think of Lindsey Scott with his Harvard offers and eventually selecting LSUgh....

Please end this waste of time we have the best coach credential wise in the history of the University and narrowly focused individuals that can't see in front their nose keep wanting to undermine every coach Dannon hires before they can establish a solid program. This coaching thing....to change or not to change....is far too divisive and is getting us all wound up. I'd like to help. So here's some pictures of lab puppies and recent banner ads from gotula.net. Enjoy and I hope everyone feels better. #RollWave http://www.veaches.net/Images/Tulane/SexyAd.jpeg ...

USF doing anything it wants. They lead 41-28. A more telling stat is points off turnovers: we have 2... they have 22.

Highwave, you're only adding to your own frustration by responding to the cajun troll. He exults in provoking responses from any Tulane supporter. If the beauty of this forum is in its acceptance of open dialog, its downside is that we must tolerate jackassery. Do yourself a favor and let it go.

Good to have lofty goals. So tired of hearing how hard we played and we never give up. Seems like a good trait but it becomes nauseating when it's the only positive ever said and at times doesn't even feel true. In the post-game interview, Dunleavy made the remark (I'm paraphrasing): It's a shame t...
