You take this kid no matter what. There will be room. Several players after the spring game will retire, enter the portal, be asked to move on, etc. Happens every year and more so now than ever before.

Pitching (if you want to call it that) was pathetic. How many guys do we have where you can hand them the ball and be somewhat confident?

I have spoken with Kelly for several years. He loves Tulane and will continue to support their athletic programs as an alum. I hope he succeeds wonderfully in his new position. The only opinion I have spoken is Tulane University dropped the ball on this one, again.

Kelly led the way in many regards to developing the NIL system that other schools have employed since. He understood it and was so instrumental in helping the football staff land many recruits. Keep in mind he did this for free. Tulane did make an offer, and it was ridiculous.
