Re: whole lotta cheatin' goin on

"In one case, a former USC women’s soccer coach and the consultant allegedly worked together in 2017 to help a client’s child get into Yale in exchange for $1.2 million from the family. A false athletic profile created for the student said she played competitive soccer and had been on China’s junio...

It pleases me to no end seeing the "non-revenue" sh*itbird coaches finally experiencing public ridicule & scorn for once in their lives.

Update on LW. He’s the DC for the Southern Jaguars. https://www.theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/sports/southern/article_ef4b8df0-4381-11e9-a4ec-8fa2c35ab05c.html If Southern can secure a few d-lineman they will be a very tough defense, because you know that Lionel is gonna have some well coached talent...

Re: LSU basketball & Wade are in big trouble

I hope Alleva goes! Can't stand him, makes my skin crawl. I hope they get a decent AD and we can resume H2H in all sports but Football (only a few teams are worth a 2-1 or more, they aren't one of those teams). If/When we prove to be competitive against SEC opponents who knows what will happen rega...

You can't win against quality opposition on a consistent basis without good players and good coaches. Facilities are what helps get them. You can get away with sub-par facilities for a period of time as long as your winning. Without a 40 million dollar payout, it is tough to compete without heavy a...

Re: Troy Dannen

At this point we have lost two generations and working on a third. At this point it's the W's and L's stupid I disagree to a certain extent. Even if we win 8 games a year for 5 years we won’t fill Yulman. The general public is not interested in the AAC schedule, nor most of the out of conference ga...

Re: Troy Dannen

In May of 1980, Larry Smith left Tulane to become Head Coach at University of Arizona. The timing of this coaching staff change was odd because HC Tony Mason & staff had been fired that April by the University of Arizona on charges of fraud. According to the New York Times; "Coach Mason faced a poss...

Re: AAC Potential non conference upsets 2019

My preliminary analysis of TULANE's schedule: Wins: Missouri State UConn Navy Tulsa Losses: Auburn UCF Toss Up: FIU Houston Army Memphis Temple SMU If we can go 3-3 in the last category, that brings us to 7-5. Anything better this coming season would show we're a program that's truly on the rise. I...

A little quiet on Tulane prospects. Locker room material for the breakthrough that will come in 2020. We play Auburn well next year & we defeat Northwestern & Army in 2020 (finish 9-3).

An honest question. Are you guys absolutely convinced that Willy Fritz is the guy to get you to the next level? He'll have to win 9 games next year to break .500 by the end of the regular season, his 4th. What do you suppose our record be if we played in the Sun Belt for the past three years? Coach...

Re: NSD 2019

There were more independents then than now but the great majority of teams were in conferences. D and I are saying the same thing- that we can be dominant in the G5. Due to the conference were in that gives a good chance to be the top G5 and grab the NY6 Bowl Bid that goes to that team every year. ...

Pro Style will negate Mr McMillan`s athleticism . Definitely not a smart move on Coach Fritz`s part .
We are ***NOT*** running a pro scheme next year. The transfer from UVA may have been referring to RPO principles that have been recently added to NFL offenses.

Meh. LSU. If a kid wants to go to LSU, and vice versa, 70 miles doesn't make any difference. Let's face it, we're never getting back into the SEC. So why not host this with Texas or someone from the Big12? Let them see the value of Tulane, first by recruiting talent in the SEC's backyard at a camp ...
