Re: Melvin Frazier now projected 1st round pick

Frazier is only going to get better by playing against better competition (the NBA). He’s going to be a better pro because he’ll be surrounded by better players on his team. His game is perfect for the NBA. His wing spam of 7’2” is incredible for a 6’6”guy. At Tulane next year he’ll get a lot guys j...

Williams of ECU shooting light ou and Frzazier with limited minutes or did not play (could not watch or listen to game), was the tale of the tape. Hope th teams can bring it to the Tigers this Sunday. Williams was hot but most of his shots were open looks. Frazier still playing less than 100%. If U...

Re: Tulane not alone in attendance woes

wavemania, you are not a Tulane fan in any way, shape or form. I don't blame you for watching games on TV and turning it off when it gets ugly. BUT who needs fans like you? A FAN is a person who supports their team through good and bad. I have been at it for 60 years and I often watch on TV instead...

Wow. Where’s “Show Me” Scott stealing your thunder!

That no good S_B how dare for him to use my name! He’s going to have to “Show Me” and all Tulane fans that he didn’t make a mistake. But I believe he’ll stay on the bench.

Would be good pick up for the Saints. But I don’t think he’ll last that long. Probably 4th or 5th Round.

Saint’s Loomis, Payton and CJ have a liking to Lee. Wouldn’t at all be surprised to see him become a Saint. Remember Ryan Griffin ended up a Saint.

Re: Lindsey Scott to be a Tiger again :(

Thanks goes out to Willie Fritz and his staff for this relentless recruiting effort. You can’t win them all but the effort put forth was outstanding and conveyed in Scott’s tweet. This is the type of coach we haven’t seen at Tulane in years. If Coach Fritz continues to work this hard at recruiting t...

Re: Houston Game Thread

Perry felt the same way about getting out of fogelman as would any big time coach. I personally don't believe it's a hinderance to recruiting. If it rocks , it's a players gym and rockin fogelman energizes the players like a big empty arena cant. Move that Houston game to SKC and it's the same 2200...

Re: Tulane Women Basketball

It doesn't change the facts. We haven't reached any great heights. We were in a weak CUSA most of the time. As Box noted we've lost good players right after they got here. If we are going to say we can't win because the other team has more resources we might as well give it up. Time to get it fixed...

Not your typical great SMU team plus injuries. The Wave missed a golden opportunity to take advantage of that yesterday and fall back to the pack.

Lindsey playing us. I give WF credit for hanging in there. Hopefully the kid realizes there’s no better offense in the country that fits his skill set than what we run at Tulane.

Guerry Smith's take on the game: http://www.theadvocate.com/new_orleans/article_3a5a7ba0-f1ce-11e7-b81e-1366a8a1bdcb.html Free throws have definitely won us the two conference games. That goes straight to coaching, and those that think Dunleavy is a "has been washed up former NBA coach" s...

Re: Tulane and Notre Dame

It won’t happen in our lifetime. When Kevin White was AD at ND Tulane looked into it. We have a better chance to play them in the Sugar Bowl then to actually get on their schedule. ND schedules 20 years out. At this time they are booked up until 2037. Every school in the country would like to play ...

Just when I think this team may have turned the corner. Then I realize they are coached by a has-been ex NBA coach with a losing record. Dunleavy still learning the college game. When the team can’t hit the side of a barn from beyond the arc you change your offense and pound it inside. Bad ho...
