Re: Houston Score Prediction Thread

Houston is not an unbeatable team. They have been better with King at QB but the flip side is we have film on him now. Coming off a win, Senior Day, Bowl eligibility hanging in the balance. Throw in that it's hard for them to get up for us. Last but not least is the teams new good luck charm: Baby I...

Re: Basketball Conference Games - W Prediction

I think we squeeze out 10. My hope is based on how the team played down the stretch last season. They gave everyone fits. I think this team is way more advanced than that one. How they handle adversity like a bad stretch of games will be key. I'm hoping to have a similar finish and maybe steal a gam...

Re: Houston Score Prediction Thread

I think Tulane will make it interesting for a while. But Houston will eventually grind us down. Their QB is pretty good. I like him more than flowers.

Re: SLU Game Thread

89-66. Tulane eased up a bit late in the first half and made it look somewhat competitive on the scoreboard. But had control of it and blew it back open early in the 2nd and closed the door. I sort of lost interest hanging with my daughters but they shot really well in the first half. Seem to enjoy ...

Re: ECU GameDay Thread

Sometimes our defensive players don't even lift their arms when they go to make a tackle. I've never seen anything like that on any level. Just put their body on em and let them run right around. Seen it 3 or 4 times tonight.

He's got a nice stroke. Hits over 40% from 3 and decent from the ft line. A kid with length that can hit the 3 is useful and can find a role. Especially if he can grow another couple inches. The video doesn't show much, I looked up his stats. Concensus 3 star. I'm not gonna hate on him yet. And his ...

Re: Miss State Baseball Recruiting

Because or tuition constraints, Tulane has smaller recruting classes and if we give full scollies to 2 or 3 pitchers, then they sign pro, it kills a recruiting class. MSU can sign and take walk one all day long. Apples and Oranges comparing the two. We know . Andy would have signed all the smart ri...

Re: ECU Game Thread

Well there was the first touchdown drive where banks picked up 3 straight 1st downs on 3 pass plays in a row. After the 3rd pass banks ran through a hole that looked like the Red Sea parting for the 53 yard td. The 3 passes had cincy on their heels. Then we went right back to slamming Hilliard into ...

Re: Potential FB coaching candidates

Something to chew on, Dickson /Dannon have yet to make a hire better than Chris scelfo. Who was Barbara's second choice (at best) . So Cowan's plant was still a better recruiter and coach than everyone since his firing. Scary thought, huh? Toledo and Fritz are better coaches than Scelfo who inherit...
